A regular check-up is the simplest way to keep your teeth and gums healthy and to catch problems early, while they’re still straightforward to treat. At Tollgate Family Dental Centre on Barton Road in Barlestone, your dentist will examine your teeth, gums and soft tissues, take any X-rays needed, and talk you through anything they find in plain English. An examination comes under NHS Band 1 (£27.90).
Most adults are seen every six to twelve months, depending on their dental health; your dentist will suggest an interval that’s right for you. With NHS places hard to come by across the Market Bosworth area and rural Leicestershire, we’re glad to be registering new NHS and private patients from Barlestone and the surrounding villages.
